Ljuddämpare to weld in the place of the original one. Rördiameter, dimensions of the Ljuddämpare box and its length are selected in such a way as so that the Ljuddämpare assembly is as easy as possible.

A Ljuddämpare with a straight-through construction, damped with Rostfritt stål wool and a glass mat resistant to 800 degrees Celsius (glass mat made of full hair - we do not use scraps). Fully welded by welding robot, hand finished. Each element of the product is made using CNC technology. Crack-resistant embossed bottoms have been used.

Ljuddämpare dimensions:
Can length - 450 mm
Rördiameter - 50 mm
Can diameter - 150 mm

The product is not homologated and cannot be approved for use on public roads in the EU.

If you plan to modify your Avgassystem to a greater extent, also increasing the diameter of the passage compared to the original, then we recommend ordering a model with an increased diameter of the passage

60 mm - model RM01/60/150/450
63 mm - model RM01/63/150/450

However, if you want a more subdued sound, you can order a version with a silencing embossing, available at another auction, the RM02/50/150/450 model. Or similarly for the version with an embossing, other flow diameters:

The through-tube diameter is always the same both inside and outside the Ljuddämpare. We do not use the tricks of upsetting and expanding the Ljuddämpare nozzles, where from one Ljuddämpare model several models with different pipe diameters are made, and in fact the diameter of the passage remains the same.
In the case of universal use, the mounting side does not matter.
